inspired by a space that is both studio and storefront - where process is on display, this second cohort of home.office. explores transparency. looking to the often unseen qualities of objects which hold the charge of the hands that made them, their place of creation, and their individual and collective histories.

home.office.02 is part exhibition, event, and meshwork. curator, ondrea wheeler gathers together canadian-connected designers and artists whose work is grounded in close attention to our relationships with home. our conversations, installations, and offerings will reflect on home as a space of lively convergence: material and hand, scent and energy, story and texture and mineral and chance.

like mushrooms and trees, humans expand our networks beyond physical borders. driven to grow and connect, drawn to places that hold memory and opportunities to expand our understanding of ourselves and how we live.
